I doubt that bubble will disappear on its own; somewhat caused due to gravity and poor workmanship. The touch-up paint does shrink as it dries but like I told you over the phone you will need to add a number of layers to get the right filling effect. At that point you can decide to go through a wet sanding exercise.
As to the compounding they performed it looks like a good job performed. I can see a little bit of a haze which is normal after the compound step. A finishing polish would make things much less noticeable than they are now.
