Well where do I begin. I have always loved cleaning cars.. and had many a detail and car wash job when I was younger. I remember when I would get a new (new to me) car I always hoped they would not detail it soo I would get the chance to bring it from dull to amazing.. well I have gotten out of the habit and life has taken over.. but I am back.. I have a silver Mazda3 and its gotten me back to wanting to detail away.. I have also realized that I didn't know all that much.. thats where this sight will help
So if anyone can help me Im all ears.. here is what I need help with....
like I said I have a silver car.. good paint other than its not smooth and I have some surface scratches on the roof from taking off a bike rack...
- what is the best way to get down to the good stuff and build back up? clay bar or what I
am looking at getting a porter cable... so please help get my paint to look great..
- I have oxidation on my headlight lenses on the top i saw I can use plastic scratch stuff,
sandpaper, and then wax.. any thoughts?
:buffing:thanks!!!!
