So I was wondering why with the nice weather I hadn't had any calls this weekend.... really bothered me. Then within the past 2 hours I get completely booked through Friday! The winter almost made me forget how this business is lol. Well, I should take that back - I still have Thursday afternoon open - hope it gets filled thought.... ready to enjoy this weather!

An open calendar that's filling up is a good thing! :props:

I'm right there with ya. I'm scheduling next week already. Got weather in the upper 40's right now. It's making my phone ring! :dblthumb2:

Damn bro thats great!

You're in San Jose - you have beautiful weather 11.75 months out of the year! I'm envious lol!

Im thinking of going out and finding some more - and just bringing a guy or two with me to the jobs - not sure yet though..... I've run into overbooking problems before, very stressful.

I've been there, ha. Gotta be careful sometimes. All the sudden you got 5 waiting to be done for tomorrow! I just try to always have my schedule handy. That way I'm not screwing myself.

Yeah I hope I will be busy this spring, summer, fall. I posted in another forum about mobile detailing and I already a few emailing asking about my service. I prob going give them discount so I can get things rolling.

Are you mobile or have a shop?

Well I don't have a shop and will be doing most of my detail on my driveway. I asked my dad and he said he can let me burrow his mini van to do mobile detailing. I tried bringing all my gear in my tsx and it was full to the top.

B&B your a mobile detailer right?

Im sure it was lol! When I first started B & B - I had all my products, marketing material, everything I needed to get going...... then I get my first customer - a FLEET of cars!!! I was happy as could be man..... but then I realized "oh crap! I don't have a decent vehicle to put all of my stuff in!" So I went and bought a truck off craigslist a day or two later lol! It has been a great truck and has gotten the job done. For some reason I never thought about it - kind of funny I guess.

Yep 100% Mobile - but almost have to be because I aim more for larger scale vehicles than anything - companies that aren't able to or willing to leave their vehicles at a shop.... great things out there about being Mobile and bad - unfortunately a lot of Mobile units have bad reps - That needs to change!

What a score! I'm going help two of my friends with their s2k this weekend. Going wash, clay, sealant and wax. Doing it for 50 each and they told me they going help me post a write up for my work on s2k forums.

Since I just started can I charge people 250 for wash, clay, polish, wax and clean windows and dress tires? I just got into detailing about 5 months ago when I bought my car, but I have learned so much from talking with you guys. Do you think my pricing is too high for someone just starting?
