Now its 31 rv/trailers!!! Feeling overwhelmed here!!!

Worst they can say is no, but I agree with WestEnd, ask nice and I bet they would have no issues.

One question tho, what do you do on the ones with the wrinkled aluminum siding? I have one and have no idea how to try and deal with it since it is nothing even close to smooth. I was wanting to do a cheap AOI since its too big to want to do more than once and it REALLY needs to get some cleaning and protection on it.

It will be done outside but its 75 and sunny right now so I can't complain.

Agreed. AIO that doesn't dry too quick and a microfiber bonnet on a very soft/flexible pad to make application easier. That is assuming that the surface is smooth enough to not snag the bonnet on every pass. Otherwise a MF applicator will have to do for the areas that have screws or whatnot sticking up. God bless you with the paint transfer that might happen since it is probably single stage paint. Have a QD or something similar nearby to ease the removal. Like you don't know all this already though. Enjoy the temp outside! I would love that hear in VA right about now.

I don't see why they would through you some free advertisement after all the work/service you have given them. Seems like the least they could do for you. Well, and pay you too.lol
Your cup truly runneth over with large work.
Get some sleep, and happy detailing.

Thanx man - my cup is running overeth (drinks!) tonight for the first time in a long time.

I do not envy you right now, haha. Wish I was closer, I would come help you out!

I know you would man! Maybe next time I will fly you down!!!

holy crap man another 31!!

Yep - but DONE!!!!

You're working...go get em...You are the RV MAN...:dblthumb2:

I hope that isn't my name cause I do very nice paint correction on vehicles to my friend - lol!!

Excellent work getting lots of work! Looks like no more time for forums!

This forum is seriously addicting man.... when I should've been resting last night, I was writing this stuff ------- very addicting!!!

I'm not a pro and not into the ethics. But, if I would think if you ask them about putting your cards in the RVs nicely and unassumingly they could say yes. Just my uneducated thought.

Of course I was so exhausted I forgot to even ask - almost forgot to take pics! But they will be up next!

If you have to polish - there is a polishing tool that is made for those surfaces..... can't remember what it is called but it is a cylinder shaped polisher that hits every groove on that type of uneven surface. If you can get by with it, an all in one detail spray such as Ecowash works great..... sometimes if the paint is in good shape I use an all purpose cleaner diluted more than usual then apply the EcoWash - it has clay and wax in it so it does a fine job (for me anyhow). Winter time it streaks extremely bad though - but 75 degrees is perfect for it! Otherwise I wouldn't waste your time with a rotary - would leave behind too many negative signatures unless you are an amazing animal with the rotary and patient - never tried a dual action though - may work????

My God man.... where can i send a care package to? I figured 18 lbs of coffee....12 cases of bawls energy drinks....a ton of pasta... and 5 hour energy!!!! (you know for no 2:30 feeling later).... and then let me know what you need after the first 6 hours :D

LOL - I had 1 starbucks in the morning.... coffee at lunch.... and NoExplode for dinner.... my heart will pop any day now I think :(

In the end, you'll look back and say that was quite an accomplishment. Tackling a job like this should boost your self esteem and rep. Be sure to take pics for future clients. It will be pretty hard to scare you out of a job after this one.

You know what they say, If it doesn't kill you....

Hey, it's always an option in the winter. Sounds funny, but I know what it's like to need a good worker. The ones that don't take 20 smoke breaks, stay off their cell phone, know what they're doing, and show up on time are hard to come by. :dblthumb2:

Is the Ecowash made by Chemical Guys? I thought I saw something similar to that on their site. It too has clay and wax.

True.... I did 2 personal RVs on Sat. and they were nothing compared to the huge job I had!!!! Made those seem easy as could be!!!

It is..... worked out great - but I'm sure auto geek as something similar or better..... just gotta find it!!!

Ok - I got a call last week to do exterior cleanings on 9 RVs for an RV show...... that then turned into 13 ...... then into 16. The weather was so bad here last night that I was asked to knock out the 16 again ------ then I was asked to do a total of 31 RVs!!! Wow!!! My biggest job yet - and it is kickin my butt! Took myself and another guy about 7 hours just to do rims and tires!!! Thats about 120 filthy tires and rims! Here are some pics of what I have to work on ----- :buffing::eek:

would you mind sharing what you billed for said services ... just very curious:props:
