Hey Autogeeks,

I'm new to the Forum and this is my first post! I've always taken pride in and cared for my vehicles with reasonable success, but I have probably done things that would make the professionals lose sleep at night.


A few days ago I purchased the first brand new vehicle I've ever owned, a 2020 Toyota Tacoma. I also have a 2002 Tacoma, and a 1969 AMC AMX that needs a lot of TLC.


I want to take great care of my new truck so I started reading about the 'best' waxes, ceramic coatings, and other new sealers that are supposedly superior to wax. The more I read, the more I realize how much I don't know and I'm hoping to find some guidance here about how to do things the right way.

You will soon, if you haven't already, catch on that everyone's favorite, or "best" varies from person to person! As Mike P often says, find something you like, and use it often!
