Are we going to get any hints on this car?? Like is it 40 years old or younger...over 40?? Rare rare...or EXTREMELY RARE?? Is the car itself rare...or is it rare because of the factory upgrades to a standard model?? Would teens and 20 somethings today associate the brand name with muscle car?? Maybe that would be too much information??

I've started a new thread now that we've confirmed this project and finalized our travel arrangements and sponsors.

Here's the link to the thread, I would recommend subscribing to it...

Yes they did, just ask Craig Jackson who owns at least one and I think will be selling another one in an upcoming auction.

I knew I was right and what's a "true muscle car" anyways? The 73-74 T/A SD's were all muscle and did so on low compression, unleaded and ran 13's....real muscle numbers in my book. After that, well, there's a case to be made about no muscle, well, that was until the Grand National w/ a turbo came out in 84' (yes, I know some 82's had a turbo also) and full blown muscle in 86' with a FMIC and finishing up in 87' with the GNX and regular GN'S....don't forget the T-types either. Following the GN's were the Impala SS's and IMO a muscle car as well. Muscle cars were always a boxy mid-size with perf drivetrains and the last 2 I mentioned were TRUE MUSCLE cars, the T/A's were considered "pony cars" but were under the umbrella of "muscle cars" as well......your thoughts, anyone?
