Griot's Garage Boss Finishing Sealant reminds me of a mixture of womens' perfume and wine. It's a very "different" smell, isn't it? I love working with it!
Griot's Garage Poly Wax smells like Christmas. Maybe that means cinnamon and pine. I doubt those scents are actually in there, but smell can be subjective.
 
I liked the smell of most of the XMT line when that was still around. I had at one point, the 4, 3, 1 and 360. I just picked up some HD Speed and I am digging that too!

Now, I might be the only one and I may be weird, but I like the smell of Collinite waxes too...

HDSpeed is Grape but not over powering. Wolfgang Uber Rinseless is tasty smelling too.
 
I'm a really a fan of Sonus Spritz. It has a nice Pina Colada scent.

So many great smelling products. Part of making products smell good is that makes them more enjoyable to use, and if they are more enjoyable to use, then they are more likely to get used more often.

However, PoorBoys White Diamond Glaze had to be the best in my book. It smells like Pina Colada, and very strong. After applying this to my car, my entire garage smelled like Pina Colada, for a few days! And I was super thirsty for one!
 
Most of the Poorboy's World stuff smells pleasant.

My favorite is a toss-up betwen Black Hole (grape?) and their Liquid Natty's Red (Strawberry).

Their Strawberry Scent deodorizer smells so good, I bought a gallon of it.
 
Poorboys aluminum polish, the first metal polish I've used that doesn't stink! Also Swissvax Onyx, Rupes Glass cleaner, megs glass cleaner, Optimum No Rinse Optimum car wash, megs professional car wash (smells like an Old Spice soap)

Ditto on the Hyper D. Not sure if it is my favorite, but it sure is near the top of the list.

Can't belive I'm the first to mention Garry Dean's IUDJ.
 
The smell of Wolfgang Uber Rinseless Wash is addictive. I recently started using McKee's 37 Fast Interior Detailer and it smells absolutely amazing - like manly Heaven. If I had to choose a favorite it would definitely be ONR Wash and Shine. It's fantastic!

On a related note, my wife and I went to Pie Five recently and their Coke machine smelled just like ONR. It was neat!
