I have had the sweating issue with SN. For me it occurred on the hood and front fender tops after the car was driven and the engine heat caused the oils/solvents to migrate to the surface and haze. It was easily removed with a wipe of chilled distilled water, but reappeared for a day or two and then stopped.
I have tried letting it dry for 5 minutes and 30 minutes before buffing and I still got the issue. One thing that helps some, is to wait about an hour after the original buff and lightly buff again with chilled distilled water.
I agree, try a sample pot of SN and Fuzion...Hard Candy is also nice (and does not sweat, IME). The sample pots are the way to go.
