Ordered my STI

I'm aslo part of Nasioc. Some people are D-Bags on there but there's a lot of info and a lot of people that can be very helpfull.

Another site to try is IWSTI.com also has a lot of good info.
 
Please post pics once you get it. Do you know how long you will have to wait?

I'll be ordering my new Camaro at the end of the year I hope.

The dealer told me 8-12weeks but I saw a thread someone made on ordering the 2012's and alot of people are getting them in around 30days....I can only hope I am that lucky cause I SUCK at waiting.

How can you use a search function if your not exactly positive what your searching for?

Post that on a thread over on Nasioc and you will probably get banned! Haha. It's kind of a joke how pathetic some of the people are on Nasioc but it still has a TON of good information.

I'm jealous you're getting a 2012.. oh well, at least I can still drive my girls 04 WRX wagon. Im the MAN

so i am getting annoyed with the sales guy. When i was making the order I said if a car comes in or one comes in local to another dealer can you trade or sell that instead..he said yea thats no big deal. well there is a STi that is pretty much same thing I ordered in route to a dealer in Oh..not far away. I stopped by there last wed to talk to him about it..he said yea sure I will get the sales manager to call them tomorrow about it we do alot of trades with them. That was Wed i have never heard back and he hardly ever returns my phone calls. When I was there wed I was talking to him and he kinda zoned out and started surfing the web..i mean wouldnt he be a little more on the ball considering I am buying a STi and gonna get my GF a new impreza hatch as soon as her tax refund comes in for down payment..Buying 2 cars but he is kinda worthless..now a local dealer only 30min away is getting in a WRX exactly how I woulda built mine if I bought a WRX and now kinda considering it as I am getting basically same car for alot less and the difference between teh 2 I wont ever take advantage of. I left a message with him this morning about the STi trade and still never heard back..About to cut my $300 loss for order down payment and go buy elsewhere

Don't be afraid to cut ties, you're making a huge investment and if the dealer isn't going to help you before the car arrives, they may be even less help down the road if you need help or warranty work!

Maybe look at the chain of command, and if you're still not satisfied, then go elsewhere? The other dealership may want your business enough to give you a $300 discount to cover the losses you'd have?

yea i already called the other dealer with the car coming in..they seem like they want to work with me.
