PBMG 2011 in Review - Win a Migliore Wax!

The best thing from PBMG for me was....Joining AGO of course!

Glad you added the Blackfire line, I'm loving the BFWD so much that the BOGO SRC compound is in the mail.

For 2012? Continue the expansion and customer service world domination.

Two things i liked most were the addition of the Blackfire line and all the great cars in the "Show car garage". One thing i would like to see is some kind of rewards program. For example, if you spend $500 dollars, you get a $25 credit towards tour next purchase after reaching the $500 minimum. Looking forward to seeing what AG has in store for 2012.

Acquiring the BF line. I don't use these products but the excitement its followers brought to the forum made for a great read. And the processes and combinations of said was truly informative. Happy trails..

I'm just glad I found this forum and all of the knowledge that is shared on it.Between the discussions and the quality of products that AG sells, this site has brought my car and it's maintence schedule to a new level. The BOGO sales really made me workout the ole' credit card.

Blackfire for me, got some coming from my latest order. Good times!!

Blackfire for sure. And with the new products that will be coming out I can't wait to see what's in store for the line

Well, the most amazing thing was that after all these years I found my long lost father! And who would have thought it would happen right here on Autogeek! Jim, mom says she will settle with you for half!

Iron-X and Opti-Coat are the hands down winners of 2011 in my book. Very happy to see the Car Pro line including Tar-X :)

I second all the wonderful new products from Optimum and Carpro

...

Add me to this list! Really enjoyed the new products!!

Blackfire was cool but I had already purchased BFWD before it happened. Still, I thought it was an excellent thing for AutoGeek!!

What would I like to see going forward?? Hmmmm... Let me think about that and get back with you.

Of all the exciting things that took place at PBMG in 2011, which one was your favorite, and why?

Blackfire products. I fell in love with the wet diamond all finish paint protection...it is very easy to apply, gives excellent 'wet' look results and is slick as dog snot!

What new products or product lines were you most excited to see join the PBMG family in 2011?

Blackfire and Car-Pro

What would you like to see come to PBMG and Autogeek in 2012?

Hmmm...I will leave this up to your marketing people as they have been doing a great job so far!

I liked seeing the Blackfire line arrive. I really want to try out the Midnight Sun wax after seeing it used in the Show n' Shine section but it's not in stock!.

I think you guys should introduce different gift card denominations. Instead of only having $250, $500, and $1000 gift cards it would be nice to have the denominations start at $25 and work their way up to $1000. $250 is a lot of money to shell out when someone puts an Autogeek gift card on their Christmas list. Just my .02

The super duper end of year VIP special combined with the 20% off, no exceptions, free shipping was a fantastic offering. Although I jumped on my 3401 a couple weeks earlier, it was great to see the "Mercedes of DA Polishers" find its way into the eager paws of so many detailing buffs.

In a few months, the remainder of 2012 is going to be very grueling for me and I'm hoping that I'll be able to keep my car clean and pristine during that time, with the help of my recently aquired arsenal of tools and toys. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, because I only found time to wash my car twice in the last half of 2011.

I'm looking forward to finding space to put my stuff, maybe a good sale on Lake Country pads, and hopefully a return of the gift certificate discounts to finish this year off.

I have to agree with Alex!

The forum members and the staff at AG have been Tops!

Corey"s reviews have been outstanding!

Mark is killing me with his love of something one week then its junk the next! you are a bad Infuence!

Old Tiger's Bogo thread reminder every 2 weeks

Alex and the Happy Friday Thread has been a great addition to the forum!

And Flash for just being Flash!

And BobbyG and Bob(Funx75 )for thier very informational posts!

The Staff at Ag has made this place the best!

Too many things to pick just two but the addition of the Blackfire line and Chemical Guys for sure.

I'd have to say the no exclusions sale was the best part of 2011!!! I've never seen anybody do that. It just shows you AG really wants to provide the best customer shopping experience (on top of their GREAT customer service).

Nick has grown into a major contributor.

Gift Certificates-Always the right gift! :dblthumb2:

My favorite parts of 2011 were the cyber deals and 12 days of christmas sales. I like refreshing the autogeek page over and over and over. When those sales are over, I don't know how to get back to a normal life.

For 2012, I'm excited about the Optimum MF pads and it might be time for me to try out a coating.

The acquisition of the Blackfire and CarPro lines as well as the continued expansion of PBMA. It's nice to see a company, especially one based upon excellent customer service, succeed in these trying times.

My wish for 2012, as others have mentioned, some form of rewards program: one that's geared towards both the hobbyist and pro customer.
