What speed is the proper setting for the d300 step on a PC? I tried searching no luck

I know I have seen this before - where was this published/by whom?The D300 with the cutting disc should be ran at 4800OPM. Different tools have different settings. When you say PC, are you talking about the first generation ones like the 7424 or G100? If so, you need to run it at speed 5.
Here are the proper speed settings for each tool to be used with the D300/cutting discs:
G110v2:
Speed 4 - 4800OPM.
GG6:
Speed 3.5 - 4650OPM.
PCXP:
Speed 4 - 4800OPM
7424/G100:
Speed 5 - 4780OPM
