Vehicle was parked off for 3 weeks and needed some tlc after a good clean this is what I find stained on my sunroof beading any assistance on what I can do to clean it ....

Try an APC and a microfiber towel. You could also try using a magic eraser with an APC.

Hassen, there is a product we can purchase locally over here in South Africa called Shield Heavy Duty Vinyl and Rubber Cleaner which I have used with success to clean up that sunroof beading before.
