Please explain the point of a foam cannon?

I already have a foam gun, but don't have a pressure washer. For those of you who own a foam cannon, is the difference worth getting a cannon and PW?

Benjamin..yes, there is quite a difference and I have never regretted buying my cannon. I sold the gun a few months later when I realized I wasn't going to use it again.
