this is a glaze? if so can i use a yellow soft megs pad and just work it in with 3 passes???
 
It is a glaze. Use a finishing pad, not too fast of a speed setting, and don't work it too long. You want the glaze to "sit" on top of the paint.

Is this a "glaze" in the traditional sense, or is it a polymer / acrylic?
 
I used PB Blackhole on my Black Chevy Av with a LC blue pad (went on real easy) and buffed out - then covered with Ultima and came back with a coat of Collinite 845 - looks unbelieveable and the beading is unmatched
 
Black Hole was an invisible ink used in ww 2 I still have some.

Thanks for the correction.

Is Black Hole safe to use before and after applying an LSP? I.e., no bonding issues with sealants?

with no issues with topping with sealant? I think it would have acrylic in it, just the same as CG ez creme glaze. Would be nice to find out the answer.
 
@nabisco shine: Absolutely. I use BH as my final step after polishing and before using a LSP. It is a great product with no bonding issues with any LSP

yes, it is safe before and after, but after it will not last long by itself
