Porsche 911 HRE wheel coating, caliper coating and fender wells coated...

I never heard about HRE but first thing that comes to mind is: What happened to original Porsche wheels ???
Are HRE quality is higher than Porsche ( I doubt it is) & why they use Swiss flag (I also use Swiss flag on some of my business cards but then I use Swiss Made detailing products) as a logo if wheels are Made in USA (I see some models are made in Germany & Japan).
I think HRE wheels would have much more recognition if instead of using Swiss flag as their logo, they would use a California map as a logo.

Probably it's just cool to have a tuning look on the car with wheels only, while for me Porsche tuning means something else: Hamann Motorsport, TechArt, CarTech Knowledge München, Gemballa, RUF Automobile, Motoren Technik Mayer to name a few.

Manufaktur - RUF Automobile GmbH – Manufaktur für Hochleistungsautomobile

Audi, VW, Seat, Bentley Tuning - MTM Motoren-Technik-Mayer

Hamann - Motorsport: Porsche

Porsche Tuning : Cartech München

HRE Performance Wheels

P.S. Always a pleasure to see your work which is each time superb.
Have a Nice Day, I hope I didn't create any tension.

Hey Shark! I still have the original wheels. They are made by BBS for Porsche. They are excellent wheels as are the HRE's. I wanted to have a second set to change the 'look' of the car for aesthetics only...

I would love to see HRE use the California map as a logo! LMAO!

Thanks for the post!

The wheel is stunning without a doubt, a Hall of Fame wheel for sure but just curious as to why you went with bronze on a gray car?

^^^^
I was going to go gold. However, I thought that may be a little too 'bold' with a 'permanent' finish on the HRE's...so I decided on the Bronze, which is a little more subtle to me, and does indeed 'change' to a goldish color in certain lighting. (I will probably experiment on my factory wheels by dipping them again a gold color, or perhaps leave them as is, since I like the color and look as they sit!)

Hope that answers it!

And a big thank you to everyone else who posted!!!

BBS I see them often in TLV on different cars, very famous here, didn't know they make for Porsche as OEM, interesting if they have on them somewhere stamped Porsche part number as they should.
Ronal Group Switzerland I know also make Speedline wheels for Porsche in Italy where they have manufacturing facility, but not only, also for Bentley, Lamborhini, AMG, Aston Martin, Brabus, Maserati etc.
All Speedline wheels are TÜV approved.
Ronal Group even make in house production tools in Portugal & Schweiz.
They for sure are allowed to use a Swiss flag as a logo

P.S. Your HRE wheels are very nice too, I like your idea golden bronze on silver grey, you have a very exceptional taste which probably comes from your ancestors, because taste is something you are born with, you can buy anything when you are rich but not a feeling for beauty & perfection. It's spiritual & you definitely got it.

^^^^Yes, they have the factory Porsche part number on them. And the BBS number too! From what I have heard, BBS is now their manufacturer for their new cars, prior to that, as you said, Speedline did indeed produce wheels for them.

These are the wheels:
