A client of mine wanted his Porsche’s paint corrected and ceramic coated. Autodermatology was happy to oblige!
The vehicle was a gift for his wife and he stated that they will be keeping it forever. It does not get driven much.
However, the finish was in desperate need of some attention. Every panel was covered in swirls, scratches, marring, and defects. Unbelievable how such a low mileage special vehicle could be in such shape…not for long though!
(I am going to educate and show them the proper maintenance/wash techniques/etc to prevent any future damage)

Process: Rinseless wash, clay with nano mitt, clay with ‘real’ clay, aggressive type due to serious surface contaminants. Test spot. Cut/compound, polish, final wipe down, ceramic coating, pull wheels, clean wheels/tires, coat wheels, dress tires, clean and ceramic coat wheel wells, clean and ceramic coat calipers. Torque wheels back to proper spec. Clean and ceramic coat exhaust tips. Clean glass. Interior cleaned, vac’d, and conditioned. Clean top. Lint roll top. Slap her on her German arsch and deliver!

Tools/chemicals/etc:

Adam’s Rinseless wash.
Misc. MF towels, including large cover up towels for windshield and top.
Griots medium clay mitt.
Meg’s medium clay bar.
Adam’s Rinseless used for clay lube.
Rupes Mark II 21
Rupes mini
Rupes iBrid
Misc MF and foam pads.
Griot’s Fast correcting cream and Correcting cream.
Stoners Tarminator for tar spots.
Eraser for final wipe down.
BEEDS HD and BEEDS ELX for LSP. 1 coat each.
SCP glass cleaner.
SCP glass sealant.
Metro Vacuum.
GYEON tire for tire dressing.
Adam’s wheel coating.
Adam’s APC for wheel wells, etc.
Pinnacle Leather cleaner and conditioner.
Pinnacle exhaust cleaner and brightener for exhaust tips.

Hope I didn’t forget anything, and as usual comments and questions are welcome!

Thanks for looking!

Scott, always amazing work. Maybe I missed it, but what did you protect the convertible top with? My Porsche had what they called 19" Sport Design wheels and were they a pain to clean.

Absolutely stunning Doctor! I LOVE that butt end and the mini whale tail incorporated spoiler.

Spectacular work as always Scott! The car looks breathtaking!

Nice quick jack Scott! Any feedback on the pinnacle leather cleaner? Is it more useful on light dirt or more geared towards moderate/beat leather?

Superb work Scott. :props:

What a stunning looking car, bet it drives real nice too. Love the rims, kinda semi-retro look to them, they work well. You sure have done this German beauty justice mate, thanks for sharing. :dblthumb2:

Aaryn NZ. :xyxthumbs:

Aaargh! So jealous of your Quick-Jack lift. I ordered one for the shop locally & was told it was 6 weeks out, which was fine . . . . eight weeks later & a whole lot of BS excuses & I still don't have one. Gutted.

Scott you are a class act in the industry! Nice work my man!

Thanks everyone!!!!!

Chris, forgot to put that in: 3d/HD fabric protector.

I like the Pinnacle cleaner/conditioner. I haven't really used it on anything that was crazy beat, so I can't speak of how it works on that. It works great on lightly to medium soiled and dry leather though!

Aaryn, you will love it once you get it! They are awesome.

Top notch as always!

Really like those rims and that 73' RS-esque duckbill, really stands out!!
