Here's another project we completed, 2015 Porsche 911 Turbo. Although this car has low miles, it's on its second owner already. The new owner contacted us about installing paint protection film. After a consultation, it was agreed the best approach would be to perform a full paint correction and coat with Cquartz UK/ Tio2.
Here's the Porsche the day it was dropped off.
The silver hiss the defects but once you put correction lights on the paint it's clearly apparent that the Porsche was mis washed a few times. The new Porsches are a bit harder than previous generations. We found FG400 on a MF pad via rupes 15 II worked perfectly. After the paint was corrected it was polished with CarPro's essence in preparation for the coatings.
Before we can coated we laid down Xpel pff on the entire front end.
After the film was installed it was time to coat. Our coatings of choice are U.K./ Classic combo.
The coating was IR cured to speed up curing time.
A few other areas were coated as well. All the glass was polished and coated with flyby 30/forte. The exterior plastic trim was coated with Cquartz dlux.
The end results. Customer was thrilled, were thrilled with the outcome. Nothing like a clean Porsche!
