O and if some one from around Elmhurst would be willing to give me a ride my parents would more then likely let me go.

Panel by panel, yes you will be fine. ONR is great for this weather.

I do waterless on my car only in the summer time, every 3 days or so. This only applies when it doesn't rain though, so just removing dusting and such..

Waterless every 3 days, doesn't that get expensive compared to rinseless?
