Post Your Unpacking Pictures

^ GeSpinal, just wondering, what Meguiar's bottles did you get? I can't see the labels on my phone.

Either way, congrats! :xyxthumbs:

I love coming home from school and see an AG order sitting under my porch!
Products Purchased-
Pinnacle Waterless Wash Conc.
Pinnacle Rinseless Wash Conc.
Blackfire MF Cleaner
BOGO Trix
Chemical Guys VRP Dressing
2 Microfiber Chenile Mitts (Very soft!)
2 Squeeze Bottles
Free Sample of WG Vinyl and Rubber Dressing/Sealent

Those Dirty Lug Nuts don't stand a chance against the arsenal you have assembled!

That mitt looks to be made by the people that made the Dodo Wookies Fist. At least it came with a similar care paper.

Haha I know lol, I have the 3 mothers brushes, 3 pack of wheel woolies and, now the new 3 piece wheel/tire kit I got from AG :xyxthumbs:

Yeah the mitt did look similar to the Dodo mitt, it feel super soft and when you put it on, you can feel the leather :)

Now I need to go buy a brush for it lol.

The duo spur feels really metallic/rough on the sides for foam pads, a lot more than the orange brush. It almost feel to aggressive. So we'll see.

The Optimum soap smells really good, not sure what to compare it too though.

I tested out the foam gun, just in the driveway. Man that thing is nice. (Glad I bought it)

How is the foam gun out of the hose VS. out of a pressure washer?

I've only used a pressure washer with water. Never out of a foam cannon. But the foam gun shoots plenty of soap. I've been wondering that unless the car is really soiled in dirt. Like going off roading. That much soap at once might be unnecessary. Unless it's a customers car and want to make it look more professional.

I plan on using it like this:

So that should be plenty. I am going to try a one bucket method. with just clean water, to just clean up the mitt. And just continue to add soap like that ^

its a good idea but trust me you'll give up on it eventually. Its really awkward to carry out the foam gun and a mitt, all while aiming in the direction of your mitt.

Like i said, good idea, but sort of tough to do all the time.

Just a thought about the. "1 bucket method" and the foam gun. Using the gun to dispense soap doesn't entirely replace your soap bucket, as, if your using 2 actual buckets the soap bucket is also acting as a second rinse bucket for your mitt.

Think of it as, 1BM your going right from your "dirty" rinse bucket to your paint. 2BM you going from a cleaner bucket to your paint. 2BM allows 2 grit guards to do their job.

This brush has worked great for me.

Available at most pet stores.

Do not get the one that is for removing the undercoat. You want the wide toothed version.

I use a few sprays of children's hair detangler ($1.99). Makes brushing it out go a lot faster.

I actually tried that method this summer, it's not easy at all, went back to 2BM:)

Have you noticed any streaking or adverse effects from using hair detangler? I would think that it would kill some foam at the least?

That actually makes sense, thanks for the tip Swanic
