Item AG doesn't carry so I had to get it elsewhere. Very nice brushes. I think I may be addicted to detailing tools and supplies
 
ag should have like a mega sale on microfibers.. i need some new ones but don't want to buy those costco ones... gotta be the college student on the baller budget ! hahah!

The AG equivalents are the Buff and Shine towel and Chinchilla towel. I actually got these elsewhere...
 
I haven't had any problems with them. I think they're less likely to scratch than traditional borders. Edgeless of course is even better
 
Both my sets rinseless towels have those sewn edges. I haven't found them to be an issue, and the Model S tends to have easily marred paint. I do, however, tend to have my towels really wet when washing - not dripping wet, but close.

I had the same thing happened. The box was really beat up. I took pictures and refused the shipment. I emailed AG with what happened and the pictures. They immediately shipped out another shipment. Excellent support!
