A tip in case you didn't know. If you're using the dilution ratios listed on the bottle. Fill with water to the black line for your particular dilution ratio. Then fill with the chemical to the circular line just above the label. This will be well before the bottle reduces at the neck.
That is a great tip. It seemed off to me for water to the ratio line and then fill up. That's what I did. Maybe why the window cleaner is streaking.
I wish I knew how blue it was suppose to be diluted correctly
