To be fair, you need that clear bucket to see how the Detail Guardz REALLY works but you can watch Pan the Organizers video of it, not to mention the actual companies actual video.

Although I'm back here on AG I did find other incredible products while on my self imposed 7 month hiatus, MANY of them!

Feel free to hit me up in a PM with a list of some of those findings.

Fortunately I have a few test mile vehicles to try all these products on.

Unfortunately it is winter so that makes it super tough to try these products as the garage has no heat and it's not exactly warm here in wyoming.

Top of that the test miles are white trucks so it hard to capture the ability of compounds and polishes to correct and also the effects of LSP's, but it's better than having to constantly use my wifes...not that she would complain lol.

No, my car's not coated. Just sealant and wax.

But now I'm curious, why ? DG Car Wash is not coat safe ?

Well it's safe but when a car wash has wax in it it can alter the look of a coated car, trust me...I know

Duragloss makes great products, have used anything else from them?

Last Black Friday order from Autoality. Took forever to get here but for free shipping on a small order it was not bad.

Interesting that they advise the first application to be sprayed on to a wet car and then (presumably) spread out with a towel. Then maintained going forward with spray/rinse method.

The forensics detailing channel also recommended using Gyeon wetcoat in a similar fashion. His method was to spray into a wet towel, and spread the product over the surface. Or to spray the product onto a dry panel and spread it around with the wet towel.

Neat, thanks for the link. That’s about how I figured they wanted it done.

Given that it’s hovering around ~30 degrees I’ll probably try applying it the way I linked above, just because a full wash like that isn’t really ideal right now.

It seems like the same idea, in principle.

Got some gallons of RW (Ech20, 914),essence/clear cut, detail creeper, Kwazar sprayers and asst micro fiber things from A/G... also some Dr Beasley plasma coat cuz on sale and free gloss coat topper. Some foam sprayers, MF applicators and towels an couple of detail factory brushes from Rag company. Frothe RW from Ammo. Last but not least a gallon of Clutch from Shine Supply. It’s like a Sio 2 sealant/topper like reload or cure but has 10% silica (cure, reload have around 5%. Don’t know if more is better but gonna find out!

Tuf Shine Tire Cleaner
Sonax Wash + Seal. It`s like the Spray and Seal but car soap. Mike Phillips has tested it out. So think it`s soon to be available on AGO.
Valet Pro Citrus Tar & Glue Remover.
Sonax Extreme Glass Cleaner. New glass cleaner in the extreme line. Which is in the middle of Profiline and the regualar line of Sonax.
Dodo Juice Born Slippy clay lube. We don`t have the concentrate here grr.

Ordered up igl premier, mckees 37 paint clean combo...which consists of blackfire clay mitt, mckees 37 foam soap and a 16x24 cobra guzzler. Also a 12 pack of supreme 530 towels and 3 free edge less all purpose towels.

I got everything except the 530s. Someone mis picked and I got some grey all purpose towels.

Working on getting it worked out.
