Reload has been a complete and total disappointment for me. After falling in love with CQUK I figured I would jump on the Reload bandwagon and give it a go. I picked up a 1 liter last year (2014 new and improved) and have spent countless hours trying to make it work. Durability is not much better than similar WOWO products I have, but I cannot get rid of the oily film to save myself. I scoured the internet for application techniques, videos, thread, I've tried way too much, not near enough, and everything in-between. I've damp wiped, I've dry wiped, and I've prayed to the silica gods. It is most noticeable on dark colors, but does not go away. I've tried eraser to try and remove the film, no dice! I've re-polished a number of cars now due to trying to make it work. (Many with CQUK under the reload) At this point I've given up, and it's in my bin of products to get rid of. What a complete waste of time and money. The worst part of the whole experience was the fact that the company insisted all the way along that it was an application problem, not a product problem. I've been doing this for a long time, and feel I have a pretty good handle on things- at least to the point of being able to apply a WOWO product.
