I had a customer looking for a budget friendly correction, so I offered to hit his Jeep up with some HD Speed.

It was pretty dirty, but not too horrible. I did a 2 bucket wash with HD Wash, decontaminated with Iron X and a Nanoskin mitt, and dried with my Master Blaster.

The paint had its fair share of swirls and scratches, some of which were a bit too deep to remove. Still, I knew I could knock out a majority of the defects with my Flex 3401 and some orange Lake Country Hybrids.

I got some great results on the hood.

The sides were beat up pretty bad from going off road and rubbing against some branches, but I did what I could to reduce the appearance of the deep scratches.

We knew the finish wouldn't be flawless, but it still came out pretty nice.

Tires and plastic trim were coated with HD Dress. This stuff is new to me but so far I'm liking it.

Both the customer and myself were happy with the results. I'd say I got around 70-75% defect removal. Not bad for an all in one.

Well that's all I've got. Thanks for reading!

Great work, how would HD Speed go against sat D156 aio?

Both HD Speed and D151 are very easy to work with and produce similar results from what I've experienced. Haven't gotten any dusting or difficulty wiping with either product. D151 is a quite a bit cheaper though. Not sure about which one is superior durability wise.

For anybody doing quality production detailing, HD speed is gold. Great results.

I'd say that was a home run :) Knowing all of the defects weren't going to be removed is key there I think. Love seeing your work!

I love HD Speed. I am curious about the "finishing" with the orange pad? Did it leave any marks?

Thanks guys :)

It actually finishes down pretty nicely when combined with HD Speed. No hazing or anything of that sort. Of course, neither the customer nor I were expecting absolute perfection.

Mark no longer has any love for Meguiar's. I think he's just about quit using all of their products.

LOL....I don't use any of their polishes anymore. I do love Meg's Quick Interior Detailer, though. Im the MAN

Great work! HD Speed is some awesome stuff and it's the only AIO I've used. Want to try others but because it amazes me each and every time, I tell myself why buy something else?

HD Speed has become a staple for me, and I'm quickly converting over others to it as well.

Unfortunately, this means I have over 3/4 a gallon of D151 left.

Great work, the first 50/50 shot was incredible.

Great work! How much masking did you do? Jeeps tend to have a lot of places where product can get trapped or mark up the plastics.

Wow! The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon looks amazing.
