i'm not a big fan of twinkies, but my favorite hostess products are (in no order) chocodiles, suzy q's, and crumb donuts. there's probably something else i forgot but these are off the top of my head. damn, now i have a sweet tooth talking about all this and now i'm hungry...
 
Hi everyone!

I checked out my local ralphs last night and the snack food area was very empty. I never realized how many hostess products mine stocked. Oh well. Was hoping for some easy ebay money.
 
Let's keep politics out of this thread or it will be closed. We're all sad to see the demise of the twinkie but that doesn't justify being rude to other members.
 
Interesting Flash, especially the part where they said they will be selling through distributors now, instead of delivering directly to stores as they did before, which prevented them from reaching a lot of stores. I wonder if that was a union thing that prevented them from doing that before.

Anyway, I'm actually surprised they are back, and I may have to seek out one of those choco thingies as I mentioned earlier in the thread.

Wow I didn't know that Chocodiles was a real thing, I always hear it on American Dad but never noticed it in stores. Deep fried twinkles is something I still have to try too.
 
I don't really care for Twinkies, but deep fried Twinkies are a whole different animal. (Delicious)
 
Twinkies are coming back from the dead....sometime in July, along with other cakes, hope the square cakes that come in a 3 pack that look like finned valve covers come back too!
