Been wanting to check this scene out for a bit now...took 5 cars/friends up and did the weekend driving all the epic roads in the area! Tail of the Dragon, Foothills Parkway, Cherohala Skyway, etc, etc. It was nuts! Loads of fun!

Split the run up into 2 days. Spent the night north of Atlanta in Buckhead. Then headed to Fontana for the event.

Both rears got plugged on this trip for my buddy! This is a damn Allen wrench!!

Nice!!

Is this the same run that Roger (Klasse Act) does?

Yes it is!

I saved that last pic to my phone Scott, great pic! Yeah Kiloboy doesn't miss anything but then again, it's their job

What's your favorite road out there Scott?

Thanks Pauly!

Roger, that's cool! That shot just really transpired...it was starting to rain!!!

Cherohala is such a GREAT road, love the elevation, and the sweepers are such fun!

That was the Rennesport Dragon Rally? I thought that was a pictorial of all the Porches Sizzle has detailed the first half of the year. :)

My shop (non-Detailing) is on the Maryville, TN side of the Dragon.

^^^LOL! Darn, wish I knew you were there, we were bombing around your area before the event and during! Could've used a good trusted place!

Talk about automotive eye candy. Wow! Your car looks great btw.

That Allen wrench brought back bad memories. I did that exact same thing to my car last year after installing an after market exhaust. Somehow I lost track of picking up that wrench and drove over it a few days later. Fortunately it was a cheap repair.

Awesome lineup of cars!

What happened to the Allen wrench Scott? Was it kept as a souvenir

Awesome post/photos! Looks like a great time.

I like the Petty/STP wrap.

Is the white Martini livery 911 also a wrap? The track debris/damage looks very convincing if not.

Glad everyone is enjoying the pics!! We really enjoyed it! Thanks JD!

damon: ah, so it's not such a rare event! LOL

Yep, he kept the roofing screw and Allen wrench as souvenirs! We told him we were going to put them in a framed shadow box if he picked up one more item! LOL

Yep, that was a wrap. It looked really cool! Very convincing with the look of it!

Yeah that Allen wrench was part of the experience and if not framed like you said should be kept in the car...you never know and wouldn't THAT be a story to tell down the road...K A R M A
