Meguiars Synthetic X-press Spray Wax

Now that Meguiar's is offering this spray wax in its professional line (Synthetic Xpress Spray Wax - D156) and given its ease of use, I would think that professionals might want to consider using it in their basic wash packages. Customers will see the difference.
How about this link:Has anyone from Megs or AG confirmed that this and UQW are exactly the same product? Some have theorized but I've yet to see it "in print", so to speak.
Like others have already stated, it's not a concentrate of UQW, but essentially a repackaging of. The scent is more like M135 Synthetic Spray Detailer rather than UQW however.
