My Christmas present, I have to choose 1, and the contenders are:
Leatherique Kit:
Pros - this is a "need" and a want. The cheapest of my 3 choices, but my leather (i think) interior is my last real eye sore in my 2001 and from what I've seen, this stuff works VERY well in restorations.
Cons - at $60, cheapest of my 3 and I could probably get this later in the year and avoid wife agro.
Clean Water Filter Kit:
Pros - My water is disgusting and I am forced to use rinseless wash techniques year round. I'd like to have the luxury again of a traditional wash without having to run around the car at breakneck speed to dry.
Cons - it's a "want" as I get by pretty well with my rinseless washes. The car looks just as good when it comes to the end product.
Porter Cable 7424xp:
Pros - well the obvious when it comes to finishing. I finally have my car at a point where the muscle of my rotary probably won't be needed as much.
Cons - I get by pretty well with my rotary, so this is not a need. Will need the usual new BP's etc.
