Sealant options

Blackfire Wet Diamond is one of the slickest I've used, and durability is top notch. WGDGPS is right up there with it in durability, and offers a warmer, more carnauba look than BFWD. I put Meg's Ultimate Liquid Wax on my car for the first time a month or so ago, can't account for durability yet but as far as looks and ease of application/removal go, it's right there with the other 2 I mentioned.

The other 2 I've been meaning to get are Opti-Seal and Menzerna Powerlock.

Four Star UPP
Really an awesome sealant. I love it. As the reviews for it say, it provides a long lasting shine and nauba glow. I topped it with SSII and there was no difference in look. Just an awesome sealant. After 2-3 months, mine is completely worn off. There was some winter/snow driving in there where salt and crap chemicals were all over it, so maybe that hurt the longevity. Either way I am really happy with it. Its too bad I won't be using it that often anymore since I will be coating.

:dblthumb2:

Soooooo easy to remove as well.

My car is white also. The 4 sealants I've used are;
Zaino Z2pro
Duragloss 111
Opti Seal
Finish Kare 1000P

The one I'm sticking with is Finish Kare.

With so many sealants on the market it can be hard to pick one.
I have three, well four if you count the Meguiar's NXT.

Griots Paint Sealant

Apply a light coat, let cure one hour and buff off, after that no waiting, I apply EZ Cream Glaze then top it with Meguiar's NXT , little work but worth it, last about 10 months and leaves your paint slick and a lot of shine.

DP Paint Sealant

There is a short cure time before you buff it off but really short, I apply it to the hood and the two front fenders then buff off, I then let it cure a couple of hours and put a good carnauba.
Last about as long as the Griots but better protection.

Wolfgang Glossy Paint Sealant

IMO it's the best of the three but a long cure time but no need to top it, it looks fantastic and leaves the paint super slick and the shine is insane , pricey yes but so worth it.

Which one is the easiest to work with IMO?
DP Paint Sealant, not much waiting time to buff off and very easy to do so.

Bob,

I don't believe you are singling me out at all, I always enjoy reading your responses. That is when I can read them through all of the commas, semi-colons, and other symbols you use. LoL

I think Bob is actually one of the few people, on any forum that uses punctuation close to properly.

That said another vote for Sonax PNS the water behavior speaks for itself.
