:iagree: mark, you should be quite happy with the Z. it's sporty and quite a head turner, at least everytime i see one. it's not overly big so taking care of it should be easier compared to most other cars. please post pics when you bring her home...

I have to agree with your thinking. Heck, later down the line, when things are going your way. You can always buy another.

And its not like your stepping down to an altima. The gym I go to, there is a member who has a red nismo 370z. That think is amazingly cool looking. I just dont understand how nissan is doing everything right with the GTR and Z cars but screwing up (imo) completely with everything else.
 
Mark, have you considered a bimmer? The 3-series looks pretty sweet.

My dad has a 1990 300zx with 32,000 miles on it. The Z cars have all been sweet rides. Enjoy!

Don't do it!

I test drove the 370z before I bought my Z06. Liked the car but hated the idea of spending $50K+ on a nissan (other than the GT-R!).

eh, im not really a vette fan to begin with, but a 370?, really? I can think of better things to do with $25k than a nissan.

I will agree that im in the minority on this, but i hate having a car everyone else has. The 370 is all too common, but so is a vette. Thats why i drive a GTO. While it isnt everyones cup of tea, i love it, and i especially love the sense of community amongst GTO owners. There were so few made, that when a GTO owner sees another, they want to stop and say whats up.

All in all, its your decision, and as long as you're happy, thats what really matters. I would personally rather have a car payment than have to downgrade my vehicle.

Hell, if you have that much equity in the car, sell it, keep your payment the same, and buy a CTS-V
