Hmmm well I was thinking using some motor oil as a lubricant then getting a hunting knife and using it to scrape it off. Then you can take a rotary buffer and use some rocks in a bottle compound with a wool pad to make it like new.....

Make sure the rotary is old and busted.

The more jammed at max speed the trigger and speed controller are - the better!
