Shamrocks Don't Rock

Does anyone have pictures of theirs linting? I just wanted to know how linting microfibers look like.

I use them ,however I havent encountered any lint problems, but I dont use them for QDing, only for my final wipe,so its not getting wet.I use a thinner microfiber for that, and if need be I"II wipe my car a second time with a shamrock.

We are currently looking into this matter with the issues brought up. In the mean time we have taken the Shamrock off the site so we can further look into this. If you have Shamrocks that you are having trouble with just give us a call and we will take care of you.
Thank you
Meghan, Hi! I saw Shamrocks are back in the MF page at the regular price, are these Shamrock updated versions or the same as the ones people reported linting problem?

I guess I am the only one who doesnt have this problem. I bought a 3 pack of them probably 7 months ago, and LOVE THEM for final wipe downs and doing quick detailer at shows and such!

I think those are the new ones ! The old ones did not have the black edges. The original ones were the cause of most of the lint related remarks on the Forum. I have both and the newer ones seem superior!

No, linting problem was with the ones with green border and also with the black border..that´s why Meghan took it out from the MF page...now they appear again and that´s why I was asking if Meghan or someone know if this ones that appear again at a regular price in the MF page are a 3rd generation of the Cobra Shamrock 750 or if the are the same as the older ones with black border.

Thought I was "lucky" to catch these 6 for $19.99 on 2/16 when I ordered a bunch of stuff. Washed 'em in Micro Restore, dried on delicate cycle, used 'em today for the first time and concluded they are not made for black vehicles!!! Little green buggers all over the hood. Got out the Cobra Super Plush 600 and it cleaned up the mess left by the Shamrocks. I'll use the Shamrocks to dry, they do an ok job at that, but will stick with the girlie looking lavender Plush for buffing. They really do the job right!!

I'm confused.
When I hit the 'Cobra Microfiber Car Care Products' page I see towels that look very similiar to the Shamrocks called 'Special Purchase Microfiber Towel, 16 x 24 inches'.

Are those the Shamrocks or not?
Can someone from AG staff clear this up for us once and for all? This issue has the distinct feeling of one that it being avoided and selectively ignored (which would be completely uncharacteristic for AG, whose customer service has traditionally been top-notch).

Looks like the Shamrocks with black borders, I do remember Meghan was going to offer them on blowout. If uncertain I might suggest calling.

KillWheels,
Any idea when the Shamrock replacement will debut? I am one of the guys that have not had a lint problem with a dozen Shamrocks, but like you I am always up for a new MF!
