Well I have been waiting for my package from AG for a while, and following it via tracking number on canadapost.ca (as that is who it was handed to once it crossed the border). I've never had a problem with canada post until now.
Tracking basically said:
Item out for delivery
THEN
Item on hold at the Delivery Office to verify address of Receiver
THEN
Item out for delivery
THEN
Item on hold at the Delivery Office to verify address of Receiver
3 days!!!!! sitting in dartmouth not knowing where its going. SO i got off my 12 hour night shift and called their 1800 number. She said to go to this location and it was on hold. I get there...its the fricken distribution plant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no customer service counter or anything. So I call their 1800 number again, and a different rep said its a very very limited customer pick up place. Its the distribution plant where things get sorted and put on the mail trucks...
There is no door for me to go in, all secured. SO I find a nice lady who is getting off her shift, and she lets me in and points me to another gentleman who points me to his supervisor after hearing my story, then he brings me to two different sections and the last one had a lady that usually takes care of that section who says its probably not here she doesn't recall anything about this, yada yada yada. So im about rdy to leave, fed up knowing my box is somwhere in this place.....when she says, just give me one second, let me check (WHY couldn't she have checked at the beginning?!?!).
LO and BEHOLD....THE AG BOX! wooot!
So I pay the stupid customs fee and brokerage fee, and canadapost handling fee because its a "express" item so they charge you 8 bucks more because they "express ship it to you as fast as possible". I almost wanted to argue with them and not pay it, but I said screw it, Im tired from my 12 hour night shift, I want to go home now....
I get home, and open the package....thank goodness I did......

the DP final gloss spray wax/quik detailer leaked some
Bottle cap had a dent in it, and Im actually surprised I didn't loose the WHOLE contents of the bottle!
The box must have been sitting upright for MOST of the time (which is surprising because we all know how packages are handled by shipping companies...)
So my maxwax container is a bit on the sticky side, but i got it cleaned, and im short a bit of dp quik detailer......however I am glad I FINALLY got the package!
oh...and I just so happen to be off this weekend and its raining! doh.
Sorry for the rant...had to get it out of my system otherwise I wouldn't be able to sleep :'( hasnt been a good week. Going to sleep now.
