Show 'N Shine: "When interiors attack!" (Pic Heavy) The story of a neglected 2010 Cadillac Escalade ESV

Excellent. I enjoy correcting and polishing paint for a hobby, interiors...not so much.

I hope you took a good, long, hot shower after dealing with that mess. I think I need to disinfect my laptop now....guh!

It was bad, I have to admit, but being in the medical field I have seen MUCH MUCH worst. This job did not deserve a Hazmat suit, although I was kind of scared for a minute with the spider web and the possibility of being stung.

Its sad the way some people don't care for their vehicles though you really saved this one from its misery

If all people had our desire to keep their car meticulous, then we would be out of business, LOL!

These are my favorite kinds of threads, to see such an amazing improvement. Having three young kids and a large SUV (Infiniti QX56) I know what a pain it can be trying to keep up with it.

That is the main reason why we don't have a large SUV, just a van... and now that the kids are old enough they clean the van themselves. Best way to maintain a clean vehicle is to be forced to clean it.

Such a nice car to be in that condition. Definitely a mommy mobile though.

Mommy mobile is the words! Truth be known, I rather those extreme makeover over the quick dusting. Customers are usually more incline to offer words of affirmation from these kinds of transformation

hot damn!

lol, thanks!

Very nasty, nice work:dblthumb2:

Thanks!

Very good work Claude!

Unbelievable turnaround, sorry, but when looking at the before pictures I thought it was not possible to do what you did.

Congratulations on your work.

Thanks for sharing.

Best wishes.

Thanks Rafael! I am sure you have your share of those :)

Nice job!!

Thanks!

I don't know which I'm more impressed with... The way the interior turned out or the fact you made the kids take the trash out . Think they learned anything?? Great job on both!,

I SERIOUSLY doubt they learned anything but only time will tell. I may have another Show and Smell for you guys the next time I detail it

Great work and excellent transformation. Care to explain your technique on the cup holders? Thanks!

Cup holders were a combination of Tornador, compressed air, fine detailing brushes and all purpose microfibers, and some dressing. Let the APC dwell and agitate, then rinse and dry

excellent work dr. i did a honda van a while ago.. i still have nightmares.

Slept like a baby on this one knowing that it was DONE! Thanks!

It breaks my heart to see how people can spend all that $,and not take any care of it

I am saddened as well but happy that they selected me to take care of it

Man that interior was trashed! Nice turnaround Claude!

Thanks Mike!

Just when I think I have seen the nastiest, filthiest, most disgusting interior ever, someone always tops it. This was a toxic dump site if there ever was one.
That's an amazing job you and your crew did. :dblthumb2:

Thanks..... believe me when I tell you that I know of one van that is way WORST, and she is a highschool friend of my wife and she knows what I do as a side job :nomore:

Nice cleanup Claude! While it's not the dirtiest I've seen or worked on, it's always a challenge to get ALL those crevices that hide the smallest of dirt as well as the layers upon layers of it!
With all that being said, I really do enjoy seeing your work, however,,,,, I want to hear more about this venomous spider you encountered! Do tell more sir!

Living in South Louisiana we do tend to have a lot of brown recluse and black widow. I normally don't really want to spend time determining which one it was. In my opinion, the only good spider is a dead spider.
