I don't know if you guys are familiar with what went down up here in New Hampshire recently. But, we had a crazy snow storm...2 feet of snow in a lot of areas! Yeah, in October!

Tons of downed trees and power lines. There was I think 75 or so people found dead, and thousands left without power for days. I've never seen a snow storm do anything like this around here.

The trees still have leaves on them! Which I think was a large part of the problem. The leaves caught all that wet heavy snow, and brought down the tree with it. Crazy. Just sayin.

Luckily, my shop had power the next day. But it took 2 days for Comcast. Strange for October...

Wow, you got it worse than I did. Weather forecast said 10-15 inches in my area, luckily only accumulated about 5 inches. Didn't loose power or cable. In the town next to mine, they aren't expecting power back until next week. The leaves on the trees definitely did contribute to the lose of power.

Yeah, it got crazy here! I didn't really realize how bad it was until I drove to my shop in the morning. It literally looked like a hurricane came through here.

I got extremely lucky, cause I'm the only person I know that still had power. I had power at my shop, and at home...lucky me! Had to wait for phone, internet, and cable though.

This might be a long winter......

My thoughts exactly. It already feels like winter started. It was strange today...cause it feels more like the start of spring. Snow is melting, trees have leaves, and it was warm and sunny. Messed up, ha.

I live above Philly and we got nailed pretty good. News said about 100,000 were out of power in just the tri county area.
Trees down everywhere....I used my telescoping rv brush to clean my trees off

We got hit with the same storm here in Jersey. Only a foot of snow here but still crazy! Been without power since Saturday afternoon. Has to cancel a couple detailing appointments because of it but oh well :(

Where at in jersey? I'm about 20 minutes away from Philipsburg

The GHG Global Warming must be going on again.

Stay safe up there man.

Hey Kris,

This was quite a storm for many folks in the North East and up to 30+ inches which more than likely broke all sorts of records...

For me personally, I had about 2 inches and now it's all gone. :props:

Even the snow we got is long gone. Still some lingering snow banks. But, it's gonna be in the 60's this week...say goobyyyyye!! Ha

We got snow on October 6th in Salt Lake. I drove home from SEMA through a snowstorm yesterday. It was dang chilly in Vegas on Friday and Saturday, so they may be getting it soon too.

Too early to be talking snow! lol

All I know is...this 60 degree weather we are about to get is gonna bring me back to reality. I keep forgetting that I should have a good solid month or so before REAL snow.

I got a good feeling about this winter though...I think I may be able to stay busy straight through this time. This year was a real step forward with my customer base. :dblthumb2:
