Souveran Single Stage Comparison Picture

Okay, so I was looking through my camera the other day and found a picture of my hood. One half with nothing and the other with Liquid Souveran on it. It is a pretty good difference. I thought to myself, if WAX can do this, I can't wait till spring and I break out the DA. This picture was liquid souveran applied by hand on my 1991 f150 with SS paint.

Looks good! Wait until you break out the DA and then top with Liquid Souveran! Can't wait until then :hungry:
 
I still have some left in a sample bottle. Either you or dubbin sent it to me so at least you finally got a pic lol. I don't wanna dish out 40 for wax BUT it looks good. I was considering liquid nattys blue. Have you used it?
 
Yeah, you can see the paint is slightly oxidized. The DA will definitely do a nice number on that paint. Sweet!!

Yea I'm planning on taking #7 glaze to it first to moisturize it, then xmt swirl remover, po85rd, dp poli-coat, then either souveran or lnb

IMO i would skip the #7 and go right to swirl remover. I worked on a red single stage with oxidation worse than yours. I washed it, clayed it, then went right to 105 and then 205. Here are my results:

I was also going to use the #7 to minimize paint transfer to my pads for the DA.

I think you have the right idea. I would actually let that #7 soak in over night. Let the oils set in. Then go from there. Feed that paint!!!:dblthumb2:

To let it soak overnight, I don't have much of a way to keep it in a garage. My parents park in the garage and I'd have to wait till summer where I don't have school and work won't matter.

Oh ok, you don't wanna let it soak in the sun anyways. I'm sure you'll do just fine :props:
 
Pretty darn impressive I'd say! :props:

I continue to be amazed at how a little work and some quality products can transform a vehicles finish from nice to WOW...
 
I may end up buying a big bottle of Souveran. Poorboy's World Liquid Natty's Blue seems good for it's price though. Does anyone know how LNB compares to Souveran?

How long would you say to let it soak in the shade in my backyard? Is an hour sufficient enough?
