I really like the Daytona brushes... They can be bent to get anywhere - Wheel Woolies can't. That's the reason, point blank. When I clean a wheel, I need to clean every square nanometer possible: rotor hats, behind spokes, behind calipers, etc... Yes, I have all the Wheel Woolies including the bent ones.
Two comments:
1. Splatter: I don't really care. I'm not afraid to get a little dirty. I'm not going ballroom dancing after I clean my wheels. In fact, I'm never going ballroom dancing. Pulling the brush out slanted (on an angle not facing you) helps.
2. The brushes break. Yes. You have to buy 2 of the brush size you bend and leave one in the bent position and one straight. I've broken them also closer to he tip. When the tip brakes, they are great to clean exhaust tips. Until someone comes out with something better, I will keep using these brushes because they offer superior results which is my main concern.
