"Stanced" Exotics - Someone Please Kill Me

Ferraris, Lambos and etc in stock form are cool enough just as they are IMO. No need to do anything else.
In addition, any upgrades made will probably decrease its value anyways so you are really shooting yourself in the foot.

There's an old proverb:
"There is {I'll add: hardly} nothing new under the Sun"

•Some of the things we'd do to vehicles back in the '50s and '60s (things we copied from the previous generations---with our own twists/terminology)---often to just "P!ss-off the Purists"...and of course the Parents:

-Bagged, blown, chopped, channeled, frenched, lowered, nosed & decked, panned, pinched, rolled, sectioned, slammed, tunneled, etc...

•I'm just glad that: "Modding"; hot-rodding/street-rodding; etc.;...
is still a big part of America's car culture that's being carried on by the youth of the next generations.

•That...IMHO...Is Pretty Cool.

Different folks, different strokes :dblthumb2:

You've gotta accept and respect what "others" do because its their thing, not yours. Its about appreciating what other people are able and capable of building, whether its your style or not.

With that being said, I'm not into the excessive camber, or wheel poke myself, but love a car that has a great fitted setup.

That 430 on the SSR's is pretty hot IMO lol Im the MAN

A Yukon is going to beat 0% of GT-R's out there, so the 95% is a "tad" off...."what exactly is a tad?...in space terms its about a hundred million miles", LOL!

Ok, what movie is that line from?

Since there are less than 10,000 GTR's Worldwide....I think I will stick to my number.

Calendar Year
Sales
2008 1890
2009 1534
2010 877
2011 1294
2012 2108
Total 7703

I was clearly speaking of Civics and the like that are all show/noise and no go. I think it is a devolving culture that values what someone says they are instead of judging them objectively based on their actual accomplishments.

The GTR is amazing technology, just not very attractive in my personal opinion.

Hey, Dislikers gonna Dislike

I did! And it did sound awesome! :dblthumb2:
I still don't want a minivan, but that was pretty bada$$.

It IMHO... sounded AWESOME! Reminded me of an Indy car. :D

As a former 4G Odyssey owner.... I WANT ONE TOO! :dblthumb2:

The Odyessy is much nicer inside than the outside, that's for sure. Really nice actually! ;)
Never quite understood the body line from the front to the rear glass. :dunno:

But throw that engine setup in a Pilot, lower it a few inches (DON'T SLAM IT) and it'd be a GIANT killer! :dblthumb2:

...adding to the "95%

-EVO
-STI/WRX
-MS3

Working to bring down the percentage, LOL! Hell, let me throw my own car into the mix!

BTW Bob, your post a while ago, well said!

+1 We're all here because we have an obsession with cars. That's the commonality between all of us. Some of my closest friendships derived from an interest in cars and I too am glad to see our car culture going strong!

Well I can't speak for all, but my NOS sticker added like 10 hp to my car. I keep it in the glove box, because I can't always be on the bottle.

When I bought the Ody, I also looked at the Sienna but just couldn't deal with its interior and I was certainly not buying a minivan for it's exterior styling. Hence, it came down to the interior and chose the Ody. :)

The first car is a Cheetah, not sure about the 2nd one.

Totally agree!

Yea, there is a lot of projects out there I don't care for, but at least the passion still lives on. As others have stated, 'different strokes for different folks.'

Motor on Garth (or sumthin' like that).

Bill

I do appreciate the passion for sure, just don't understand the time, effort and most I'm.portantly the money that's put into something that has all 4 wheels tilted at a 45 degree angle, that's all. On top of that, look at the little video I posted about that car, body work is all busted up because of the mod he did, what's the point?
