Sunday morning WAX.

WOW 60 F Weekend in PA. After a good wash/detail/engine cleaning yesterday, this morning I though it would be a good time to throw on a little more protection. Wanted easy and fast without drama. I had a small unopened bottle of MOTHERS SYNTHETIC wax. Overall not a bad product. Removed easy with a griots wax removal towel. I thought it left a decent looking finish for the effort involved. I understand it has cleaners in it too, so more like a AIO.

I just looked this up. No cleaners... has mild polishing agents which means depending on how you apply it.. you may not get any cleaning at all.

Did my wife's Tiguan on Saturday with the warm weather. Don't get these kind of days in PA very often in winter. It was pretty bad as I hadn't really cleaned it good for months. Iron X, Clayed with Optimum, Pinnacle XMT Glaze with Carnuba, CG VRP on the interior and washed the engine down.

I did mine Saturday instead of Sunday. I went with Collinite 476...

Sure was some nice weather!

Ahh, I remember those few days of thaw we would get in January in Syracuse. I would detail both cars just to get nasty again. The therapy was nice though. Lol.
