Nitrile my foot! Nothing short of plumbers gloves would have been on my hands. Might need to burn all my clothes after that job, too.

Simply amazing, OP. That's not a save, that's a resurrection. Take a pic of the license plate so you can duck into the office should that vehicle ever return.

Use a brush, extractor, or shop vac. Go one direction and it pulls the fibers up and the opposite to lay them down.
 
Ah ok thanks! I've gotten my carpets steam cleaned before or gotten the inside of our cars detailed before I got into it and those lines like that last a long time! I love the look of it, I was thinking I had to buy a steam cleaner. Extractors are too expensive for what I want it for - to make lines :laughing:
 
My wife gets mad at me, but this is the reason why I don't let the kids eat in the car. It makes cleaning the interior so much easier!

Great job bringing that back!

I always think the same...This was just terrible.

One time i cleaned an interior and found McDonald's fries and chicken nuggets still in the box..I told the owner about the find..he said they were "from like 4 years ago"...them fries and nuggets were in almost perfect shape and texture! lol

That is so disgusting, I understand not everyone is as picky as we are. But seriously? I mean not once did it occur to vacuum it or wipe it down? Anyways beautiful recovery! Especially on such a relatively rare vehicle like an E Class wagon.

Duuuuuuude....that was nasty. How could anyone get in that car?

On the plus side,..those are money makers all day long. The filthier the better.
