Hello everyone! It has been about 4months since i last posted. I would like to thank AGO for their customer service once again, truly world-class. I just received my shipment this week and managed to open it up only today which includes my replacement BP and pads - Dwayne thanks for taking care of that, and Meghan thanks for the flex ball. You guys are awesome!


That's the burned BP at the left, and the replacement enclosed in plastic.

Also, the reason i'm posting is also because i still owe you guys a review of the liquid Natty's blue. I know it's very late and has now made it's way to the shelves. I just got my hands on it and will post my review most likely next weekend. I will really find time to do this, as i always want to keep my word! I actually got two bottles, one from AGO and one from Poorboy's World care of Chris (aka Pockets). Thank you Chris for the extra bottle!!!

The flex ball dear sweet Meghan sent me. What a bummer though, it has holes all over, it was most likely punctured during sea freight. :( But my son definitely loves it! So do I, thanks again, Meghan.

Excellent question my friend. 1 reason only with lots of sub-reasons...ahaha. Times were getting tougher, my kids were getting older and expenses were getting harder to manage. Detailing jobs were even getting harder to get by because of the rainy season. So i decided to further my career by moving to a different company (was offered a good salary package) last October and assume a new role. I was tasked with so much work - had been working an average of 16hours a day. Too much unaccomplished reports that had to be done in such a short time. Up until now, i'm still pretty much busy.

I must admit, I miss AGO a lot! :)

Welcome back!! I had wondered where you had been. I enjoy reading your information wealthy posts. It's nice to have members with a knowledge of the auto refinishing/painting industry such as yourself. I hope to see you posting regularly again. Congrats on the new career move!!

Yeah, a lot of BOGO's indeed. Had to tighten our belt a bit, so i needed to pass on it. I might pick up on this addiction once the tides have settled here at the office, still pretty busy. Thanks buddy!

Thanks bro, appreciate the welcome! Actually my wife backed into something and split the rear bumper into three pieces, i repaired it with some fiberglass (milled and stranded fibers), wasn't able to take pictures and share the process, it's nice and strong and back in one piece, just need to paint it. :)

Well, I'm glad things have turned around for you. Maybe one day I'll get a real job too Im the MAN

I hope so, Tad. I sure hope to find some time to use all of these! Now, i have quite a collection of waxes and sealants that i don't know what to use first. hahah.

Feels great to be back! And it feels like i've been away for ages,lots of new products i need to try too. :)

And, i'm sorry i haven't posted my review yet, wasn't expecting my shipment to get stuck at sea. Thanks for the LNB again, appreciate it a lot. :)
