Thank you Mike Phillips

Thank you, Mike, for your countless articles and dedication to this field.

I've learned a lot from you, and it was such a pleasure working alongside with you on Competition Ready.

Oh no

I owe a tremendous amount of my knowledge to this forum and specifically to Mike! His articles will live on at the very least, and hopefully we will still hear from him in some sort of way in the future. I'm honored to have learned from the legend.

Mike, I hope this means you get a dang vacation for once!

Wow, just Wow!

Thank you Mike for everything you’ve done.
We are going to miss you.

thank you Mike, Autogeek will never be the same, hope we can stay in touch and hang out , making some more diamonds in the ruff as Mike Phillips would say

Wow. This is like reading that Jimi Hendrix is leaving the Jimi Hendrix Experience!

AGO will never be the same, just different now.

Mike: Thank You for every article, write-up, pictorial, and book you have provided. And, please let us know what your new endeavors will entail.

:urtheman::cheers:

:wow::whs:Ive only been around a short while....but have learned alot. Great to know all of mikes knwoledge is archived here on AG for all in the future to learn from.

Best of luck in whatever you choose to do with life now. and let us all carry on the tradition of trading tips and tricks of the trade.

Thanks guz for sharing the info as i choose not to have social media.

This place will be different for sure...it will be tough as im a simple man and dont much care for change....mike was the standard of detailing imo.

Just popping in to bid Mike a farewell to this chapter.

I can't even begin to articulate the many, many ways his tutorials have shaped what I do. From the days I noticed forums in 2007 when I signed up on Meruiars On Line, Mike Has been a beacon of light in the port of all that is auto detailing.

Best of Luck, Mr. Phillips. And a serious, heartfelt thank you for everything you've done here.

Maybe you and Yancy can drop by McKee's 37 for a reunion? I'd love to see that!

Holy Ghost!! Where have you been, Dan??????

Mike "the Oracle" Phillips is leaving! When I 1st saw this I was shocked! Such a great knowledgeable Expert detailer. I learned quite a bit from him. All I know is that he will be sorely missed, however, all I can do is wish him the best of luck and success on his new venture!
GOD SPEED and KEEP ON ROCKING!

Definitely an "oracle" in the community and his presence is felt beyond AGO - always has.

Same here. Mike has always brought a sense of balance to this community to that 99th percentile. He will be missed.

I wouldn't be surprised if Mike goes to McKees or does something to break-out into a new trend. He is a trailblazer for sure. Time will tell. I just read that McKees is going to be consuming some warehouse space in the AGO warehouse; which means PBMG is shrinking "something". Whatever he does, I wish him well!!!

Many thanks for:
’you always being you’
You are one exceptional person! :props:

Wishing nothing but The Best for both
yours, and your Wife’s, future endeavors.

Mike, my best wishes to you going forward! I will, as will the others here, miss you!

Wow, I don’t know where to begin.

Mike’s generosity and willingness to share knowledge and promote a platform where people can learn from one another, has truly made this place what it is. I’ve been around since 2010 and Mike has always been here. He inspired me to learn and take care of my cars as well as the cars of friends and family.

The one sage piece of advice I’ve stuck with is “find something that you like and use it often” Simple, effective and true for me.

Mike, thanks so much for making this forum what it is. I don’t post a lot but please know, that I’ve read most of what you put here and appreciate all of the time and effort you’ve put into your posts.

Good luck and all the best!

-Dave

Thank you, Mike. I still remember when you replied to my first post!

I'm in shock...never saw this coming. I feel like when I moved out of my parents house many moons ago... "Dad" wouldn't be right there anymore when I needed advice (Although I'm probably older than Mike).

Good luck in the future and hopefully you'll keep in touch.

best of luck to you mike, thanks for all the great source of info over the years! :xyxthumbs:

Mike you’re a class act, I’ve always appreciated your professionalism and you never came across as a salesman. Good luck to you and boy does AG have big shoes to fill as you’re really their only presence here

Holy cow ! Mike wishing you the best on all your travels. Going to one of Mike’s classes got me started in detailing and haven’t looked back ( except at my bank account and wondered why my piggy bank was empty)

Mike,

I am speechless .... Thanks for all your great advices over the years. I am sure you will be miss here. Good luck to your new endeavor and I am sure we will hear from you in the near future.
