Feed back pleasei got it but can save it says i need "owner password" suggestions? also how would i save it to me iPhone?
Yancy, Thanks for posting the install for the IPhone, it works great. I will try it on the wifes Kindle, she will be surprised to see it on there.
Just one question, will both of those devices have to have INTERNET connection while reading the pdf after it is loaded?
Tom
What I meant to say in my original post was that I can send the original PDF file to my Kindle via WiFi (I'm sure I could do it via the USB port as well) and I can enter the password and open the PDF file just fine. However, the native PDF pages are shrunk by almost 60% to the width of the Kindle screen (about 3.5"). This makes a magnifying glass a necessity for these old eyes to read the native PDF pages. Essentially this, for me, makes the ebook useless on a Kindle and not being able to read it on my Kindle will make it inconvenient for me to use.
Don't get me wrong. I will read it on my PC as I can find the time to sit in front of it and I will greatly appreciate the knowledge that Mike is passing on to everyone. It just won't be as convenient as being able to read it wherever I can when I have a spare moment like I would be able to with the Kindle or a paper copy.
Kindle does have the ability to convert PDF documents to Kindle files giving you the ability to adjust the size of the fonts. Unfortunately, with the document being password protected, the Kindle convertor app can't open the PDF file to convert it to a Kindle file before sending it to the Kindle device. To my knowledge, there is no app that I can load on my PC to convert the file before sending it to my Kindle. The PDF file must be emailed to the device through the Amazon Kindle convertor service.
With all that being said, I am still very glad that the ebook was made available to us.:applause::applause:
I was reading some of it last night on my iPad! Thanks much for all of the great information!
