You mind if I work on the photo a bit?
Not at all, look forward to seeing what you do with it.You mind if I work on the photo a bit?
Wow, nice work. And to think I almost missed it, I noticed a glow coming in the garage window so I went out for a look. I took about 20 shots, the first few didn't have the light on, but as I moved closer I triggered the sensor light, and there it was. This is the original shot, unedited other than reducing its size so I could post it, you can see why I chose one with the light on.

Me?No luck with setting that code?
Yes, you--is there another member who goes to the touchless wash every day to try and get his MIL to light for his knock sensor that I am getting you confused with?
Oh yeah, I'm trying, LOL but in the meantime the car is ALWAYS cleanYes, you--is there another member who goes to the touchless wash every day to try and get his MIL to light for his knock sensor that I am getting you confused with?
I thought with my cars rep, 2 knock sensors in 1.5 years AND 3 horns they'd have mercy on me...but no, plus the recalls, although the recalls were not a big dealIt's always the way, whatever you are trying to fix, the only time it works is when the repairman looks at it.
I had that with the ex highway patrol car I owned back around 2000, the alternator would go bad intermittently, but never when it was at the dealers, 1 time the red light came on as I was leaving the place, but went out before I could turn around and go back. I replaced it myself eventually, if they had been able to diagnose it, the warranty would have covered it. To their credit, when I told them I replaced it, and the problem was fixed, they sent me a cheque to cover the cost. That's probably the reason we've bought 4 vehicles there over the last 30 years, they look after their customers. It's always the way, whatever you are trying to fix, the only time it works is when the repairman looks at it.
