We have a new neighbor that moved in next door to us a few weeks ago and their driveway looks like a bmw car lot. The cars beadup nice and look like they're taken care of but little did I know. Well yesterday I went outside to get the mail and the gentleman was cleaning one of his bmws so I took a look and loe and behold there were his carmats sitting on his hood. Wow. I had thought about seeing if he was interested in me cleaning his cars once I get mended but now I think I will pass.:nomore:
 
That's pretty hard core. Nothing like throwing some mats up on your hood...
 
Its the new updated way of doing it, didn't you hear? Instead of using 2 buckets you save time by using the soft carpet on the floormats to clean your car.

Gotta keep up with the times!
 
I've found its the best way to clean the mats, toss them on the hood and spray with some apc, then hit them with a pressure washer, everyones not doing that these days?!
 
Man I love this forum ! I never thought I would hear half the stories I do on here. Double thumbs up to the car mats on the hood. Epic FAIL!
 
I still remember my neighbor Joe asking wife why I felt the need to blow-dry the cars every weekend. After she remarked about less marring , we found him trying it out and now continues on. Share the passion ...
