It's hard to keep a secret when you're so close to something, and you simply cannot wait for its unveil. Spilling the beans is a way of releasing built-up energy and excitement - the kind that makes you feel like you're going to burst - even if you find yourself regretting it shortly after. Anyway, on to the meat and potatoes of this thread. The other day I received a phone call from a customer looking for a cost-effective, high-quality, clean-anything all purpose cleaner. Obviously we have several options available, but the last thing I wanted is for this customer to regret their purchase two weeks later because something new and better came out. I let him in on a little secret. The customer willingly agreed to wait a couple weeks; he was sworn to secrecy about what I told him, or so I thought.

Between 10 pm last night and 8 am this morning, I received 17 personal messages, 3 text messages (seriously, who's giving out my personal phone number?) and 4 emails regarding this new mystery product. At first I was filled with frustration - how could this person betray me and tell others what I told him in confidence? The feeling of frustration quickly faded, because his actions are no different than my own - I spilled the beans to him, and he did so to others. No harm no foul, friend.

Before the rumors get out of hand, here's what's going to happen:
Within the next couple weeks we will be releasing an all-new APC, available exclusively in a gallon, that will absolutely knock your socks off. The price is going to be competitive with other offerings in this segment, and the formula superior to anything else available. I've been working on this project for about a year now, and the feedback I've gathered from detailers that I know and trust has been nothing short of outstanding. This will be a product of PBMG, and I'm sure most of you can guess which line it will be in.

Yes I did and this is a new product that was not out at that time anyway. I will wait seems like there is a special of some kind every week
