Thinking of getting an extractor, what to get?

Love my mytee HP60 so far. Haven't had it long but it's awesome.

I was using a mytee tempo before and while it worked well enough, it lacked in capacity, water lift and heat. My business needs exceeded what it was able to do for me so I upgraded.
 
I'm not a pro and don't do it for a living, but the Bissell Little Green has been more than adequate for extractions of my personal vehicles. If I did this for a living, I would definitely look into something more robust.

Pro: Cheap and can be had for $69-99 depending on heat or no heat.

Cons: Small, and have to fill and dump often.
 
I also have a Mytee HP60 (have had it for 11 years now) and am now looking for something with larger capacity. It is a great extractor with decent heat and lift. I could never use anything that was smaller than the HP60.

Do you mean the HP60 Spyder?


I use and show one of these in our classes and with a 6 gallon clean water and 6 gallon dirty water tanks, it's not what I would call a small or light duty extractor.

There is nothing light duty about the HP60 Sypder (mine is an older model) and it's a great machine. But I do a ton of interiors and having a larger recovery tank would be awesome (personal preference). FWIW, my HP60 Sypder has very few original parts, upgraded the heater to 2000 watts, 220 psi pump, dual vacuum motors running dual 110 cords. Now it's a beast, just like my 3401 ; )
