Mark, it's pricey..about 50 bucks for less than an once. Of course a little goes a long way and is said to last up to 2 years. Check out Pakshak they are the only distributor that I know of in the states.

Don't think he should have an issue. I placed an order last week (arrived yesterday) and nothing was frozen and it was bitterly cold last week here.
 
I've used Poorboy's and I was quite satisfied. It even smells good as well. Not greasy either. I haven't had a problem with it running after rain either
