Throwing in the towel...

I know it's tough. I spent 25-years in the military and have injuries similar to spiney Dave. The injuries you cam't see hurt me the most.

Helping at the local soup kitchen, mentoring teens, church, family and being nice to myself helps me get by.

Be nice to yourself, take a break and relax. As soon as I figured out He has ultimate control of life's up's and down's a huge stress was lifted off my shoulders.

I didn't like the sound of your op but it seems you're beginning to re-think priorities and calming down.

Take care and I wish you the best.

Well, guys, I finally got around to washing, claying and sealing the paint once again. It's 7:41 AM, and I'm about to put another coat of MPL on my car... and I'm actually looking forward to it.

Thanks for all the support and kind words. I think I finally fell back into place with a lot of things. I'm not so full of that bad attitude I was experiencing. :dblthumb2:

Awesome to hear! Keep up the good work :xyxthumbs:

Second coat of MPL successfully applied, lol.

I was watching some AG videos and took notice to how Mike Phillips primes his polishing and waxing pads, so I tried that out when I used my Hydro Tech crimson pad. I primed it with MPL and then applied anywhere from 3 to 5 pea-sized drops, PERFECT application and coverage. I could seal nearly 2 to 3 panels at a time before applying more MPL to the pad. Wish I would have caught on to that technique much sooner.

Exercise (only if you get the ok from the Doctor)

It helps relieve all that tension you have, even just a simple walk

I can relate in some fashion as my Wife and I are at odds with each other for a while now.I actually look forward to the Thursday makeovers in the AGG to hang with friends and learn more about car care.Sounds pathetic but it`s actually therapeutic for me.:buffing:

^ It doesn't sound pathetic 57runwithwolves (kidding 57BORNTORUN)

Detailing is a mental/physical therapy IMO
