Tire Dressing not drying

This was my experience as well so I went back to DG 253.
 
Anyone know anybody at Chemical Guys? I'm really not impressed they aren't returning my emails anymore, not professional at all and reflects on them badly. Paul is the last person I talked to and nothing since...
 
I know you are trying to get this solved but I would have moved on by now rather than continuing to ask for their support. It is time to move onto another tire product.

I was hoping they would honor what they said about letting me try another of theirs, but yes I'm moving on to another brand for sure.
 
omg, they finally responded today! (AFTER I posted on their Facebook, Youtube and Twitter ;) ) They said they had sent some new VRP to my place (even though they said they would send something different,) but we never got it on the date they said it arrived. Waiting to see what they say/do now...
 
haha, now they are waiting on 'labels'... How do they accept it takes 4+ months to ship one bottle of product?! How big is their backlog of stuff waiting to ship now?!

Exactly why CG is not highly regarded here.

In your original post, you mentioned the Griot's not drying either. I'll be willing to bet that Griot's customer service would have bent over backward to please you. They always have for me.

Toss the VRP, and scratch CG off your list for future purchases.

JMO........
 
oh it gets better...

They emailed me today and said "It seems that there are some restrictions on sending a "ceramic" infused dressing to Canada." even though the Hydoshield they wanted to send me is sold in various places all over this country, and also what they said in a bunch of emails they would send. :dunno:

I've given up on them and am just happy to see them makes asses of themselves and look unprofessional and inept. This has been going on with them since start of July of last year through over 30+ emails (mind you, many where of me just asking for an update I never got.)

Sad to see a company run this way...
 
During the end of Covid they did send me a $19 Credit just due to pandemic. Didn’t have to spend anything extra just a “here’s $19 dollars.

Wasn’t much but don’t spend a lot of money with them. No one else including the places I dump money didn’t do anything like that. Thought it was nice.
